Lovely Layers: Anemone

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this bold, floral project over on the Honey Bee Stamps YouTube channel featuring the Lovely Layers: Anemone Honey Cuts.

Honey Bee Stamps-Lovely Layers: Anemone, Love You Bunches

I used three shades of pink & purple cardstock to die cut the Anemone layers. I added some ink blending for a little gradient love and a sentiment from the Love You Bunches stamp set. I also used some of the Vintage Holiday pattern paper for the background.

Here is the video to show how I created this card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Laura this is so pretty – and gives me another opportunity to use my favorite line:
With Anemones like these, who needs friends??

Very pretty. A few comments: I have a very green thumb, so, yes, I am familiar w/ anemones. I’ve seen sea anemones but not up close – in pix. Other words you may want to brush up on (I think some of these come from Greek when they have the “e” on the end that is pronounced instead of silent): calliope, Penelope, catastrophe, apostrophe, epitome, sesame….
I love your nail color and I noticed the paint job way before you pointed it out. Your viewers are observant. You could have had a little rhyme, though… You missed your chance with “fallish” and “polish”. Maybe “Bailey wanted to do something fallish but all we could think up was to get a new polish.” ???
Love your vids and your cards – Hugs!

Forgot… how is Hank? Our calendar has puppies and, for November, it’s a Lab puppy so I always think of Hank and wonder how he is. Give him a hug for me. =)
