Happy 4th!

Hello & Happy Independence Day to all my American friends! I’ve created a cute little card for the 4th of July by combing several stamps & dies by Simon Says Stamp.
I used the bicycle & puppy images from the Beautiful Ride set and added a cute little American flag by using the flag image from Cute Chicks. The tiny star in the flag is from the Lots of Stars set and then I used my Multiliner pen to draw the stripes.
I used the Big Numbers stamps & dies for the “4th” and added an embossed “happy” from Spring Seeds. For the hills I used the Stitched Slopes & Hills dies. It’s so fun to pull out all your older stamps & dies and combine them in different ways to make something totally fresh & new!

SSS-So Cool

Hi there! Today I have a fun popsicle shaker to share featuring the So Cool set by Simon Says Stamp.I used the coordinating So Cool dies to create little popsicle windows all over a panel of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Then, using the die cut panel as a guide, I stamped all the popsicles onto my card base and colored them with Copics.
I used the double sided foam strips to adhere all around each popsicle so that I could feel each shaker window with these delicious Queen & Company Diamonds. These rainbow shaker diamonds are absolutely gorgeous!
After I adhered my shaker together I added an embossed sentiment, also from the So Cool stamp set.If only you could each rainbow popsicles with rainbow diamond shakers on them:) I would be in heaven! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Mermaid Kisses

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Mama Elephant blog featuring the adorable Mermaid Kisses set.For the background I used the Hillside Cover-Creative Cut. I die cut it onto Bristol paper and blended several distress inks followed by some flicks of water. This is my first time testing out the Bristol paper. Why oh why did I wait so long? It is absolutely amazing to blend on and the flicks of water show up beautifully, too.All the images were stamped with Memento ink and colored with Copics. Then I used the Mermaid Kisses-Creative Cuts to die cut them out and popped them up with foam tape.
I embossed a sentiment from Happy Mail in white onto a black strip of cardstock. These images are so darn cute!

Fingerprint Doodles

Hi there! Today I have a fun project to share using the adorable Fingerprint Doodles set by Simon Says Stamp.I stamped all the images with Versafine Onyx Black ink and then added the fingerprint image using several Simon Says Stamp inks.
Then I die cut each image out using one of the Nested Circle dies and popped them up with foam squares onto a Fog card base. I added an embossed sentiment, also from the Fingerprint Doodles set.
This card was a HIT with my daughter, Emma! She insisted I make 30 more, lol! That’s probably not gonna happen, but maybe a few more:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

Mama Elephant-Dim Sum Fun

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the adorable Dim Sum Fun set by Mama Elephant.I blended some Mama Elephant inks onto strips of cardstock and then die cut them with the Fringe die. Then I stitched the fringe strips onto the front panel.
All of the images were colored with Copics and die cut using the coordinating Dim Sum Fun coordinating creative cuts. I love that cute sentiment!

One of a Kind Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for their One of a Kind Release blog hop. Such a fantastic new release with some really adorable new products. You can check out the new release HERE.I’ve created a couple of cutie patootie bookmark cards featuring the Picture Book Bear & Fox die.
I started by using the 3 Sided Scallop die to create my scalloped card. I die cut the base with white cardstock and another panel with cream, using one of the Nested Circle dies to make a window opening for the Fox.
I used both the Picture Book Fox & Bear dies to create little magnet bookmarks and tucked them inside the window opening. How cute are these? I’m in love with these sweet critters and need a cat, dog and definitely a monkey, too:)

Waffle Flower Crafts-Hey Girl

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Waffle Flower Crafts blog featuring the adorable Hey Girl set.I love this hilarious sloth image and did some fancy schmancy partial die-cutting to allow him to hand suspended inside the oval window.
All of the images are color with Copics. I added some plaid Lawn Fawn pattern paper on the background and added sentiments from both Hey Girl and Congrats.Here’s a video to show how I made this card.

Colorful Backgrounds with Stencils

Hi there! Today I’m sharing these projects over on the Altenew blog featuring more colorful stenciled backgrounds.This first card uses the gorgeous Cube Builder stencil. I had so many questions about how to make the rainbow background using the Cube Builder stencil that I made a video to show you how easy it is.
I added a sentiment from the Simple Flowers stamp set along with a few Sparkling Clear Sequins.This next card features the Grid Stencil. I used some gorgeous Altenew inks on both of my projects.The images & sentiment are from the Baby Zoo set.
