Neat & Tangled-On the Strip

Hi there! Today I’m over on the Neat & Tangled blog sharing this clean, simple & stripey project featuring the On the Strip stamp set.N&T-On the LineI used Mama Elephant pigment inks to stamp the stripes. Using the MISTI along with the Creative Corners helped me to get the perfectly consistent spacing. The precision of all these stripes rocks my world.
N&T-On the LineFor the sentiment I used the Out of the Box stamp set. I also added a few Crystal Clear sequins to finish it off.

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this clean & simple, one-layer wonder over on the Altenew blog featuring the Halftone Circles stamp set.Altenew-Halftone CirclesNo fancy techniques here. Just good old fashioned stamping with lots of gorgeous Altenew inks. Using a MISTI & a Grid Sheet really helps to get consistent spacing.

Waffle Flower Crafts-May Release

Hi there! Have you seen the latest May release by Waffle Flower Crafts? There are some fantastic new designs! I have a couple of projects to share featuring two of the new sets. This first card features the adorable new Stay Cool stamp set with coordinating dies.Waffle Flower Crafts-Stay CoolSeriously, I can’t even handle that bear’s big belly:) I masked of a background with post-it tape and blended Coffee Love Milk ink for the sand and Daydreaming for the water. I stamped the images with Memento ink and colored them with Copics.
Waffle Flower Crafts-Stay CoolThis next card features the Pawsome stamp set along with the coordinating dies. I just love it when cats & dogs get together for a birthday party!
Waffle Flower Crafts-PawsomeFor the background I masked off the outer edge with post-it tape and blended Safe Choice ink on the top and New Fish in the Pond on the bottom. I stamped the images with Memento ink and colored them with Copics.

Hi there! Just popping in to share a fun, little Mother’s Day card using one of the Suzy’s Mothers & Flowers Paintable Prints.SSS-Suzy's Mothers & Flowers PaintablesMy kids always want to play with these Watercolor Prints. They make the best little crafty gifts for people, too. They can be colored in a variety of ways, but I just used Copics this time.
SSS-Suzy's Mothers & Flowers PaintablesI added Wink of Stella, Glossy Accents, Enamel Accents as well as Nuvo Jewel drops to each flower & leaf for some extra detail & shimmer.

Mama Elephant-Pretty Peonies

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Mama Elephant blog featuring the gorgeous new Floral Series-Pretty Peonies stamp set. I have always loved peonies. They are what I used for my wedding some 20 years ago.Mama Elephant-Pretty PeoniesTo create my card I embossed the blooms in clear and blended several Mama Elephant pigment inks for the color. I’ve said it a million times, but the Mama Elephant pigment inks blend “like buttah”.
Mama Elephant-Pretty PeoniesI flicked some black paint on the card base and fussy cut the blooms, popping them up with foam tape. The sentiment is from Organic Blooms.

Mama Elephant-Little Dog Agenda

Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the Little Dog Agenda set.Mama Elephant-Little Dog AgendaInstead of die cutting each dog out I die cut a whole panel using the Little Dog Agenda dies. I arranged them on a piece of Cream Linen cardstock to make them evenly spaced and ran the whole panel through the Big Shot.
Mama Elephant-Little Dog AgendaThen I placed the die cut panel onto a white card base and stamped each dog image into the die cut openings and colored them with Copics. For the sentiment I used the Smile Script die & Sunday Sentiments.

Happy Wedding Day

Hi there! Today I have a wedding card to share. My friend asked me the other day if I had any wedding cards. Would you believe that in all the truckloads of cards that I have there’s barely any wedding cards? Even if I had some, I’d still wanna make a new one anyways because of course I would definitely need to know the wedding colors so that I could customize it to match, lol!Happy Wedding DayYou know what was so fun about making this card? I mixed and matched to me heart’s content using stamps from Papertrey Ink with Mama Elephant inks and Simon Says Stamp dies. It was SO liberating, ha! Seems silly doesn’t it, but it’s something that I never do.
Happy Wedding DayWatch out world! I’m on a mixin’ matching’ roll now:) I LOVE this Brushed Blooms set by Papertrey Ink. Mama Elephant pigment inks are so buttery delicious and the super Nested Circle die by Simon Says Stamp is fantastic for framing the whole focal.
Happy Wedding DayFor the sentiment I used the One Liners: Happy die along with the coordinating stamp set. Just had to make a purple-y envelope to match, too, with the envelope punch board. Bring on the wedding season! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the fun new Sticky Notes stamp set.Mama Elephant-Sticky NotesFor my background I used the Classic Stripes cover die and blended distress inks onto both panels with flicks of water.
