Purple Onion Designs-Happy Trails

Hi there! Today I have a couple of projects showcasing the adorably sweet release by Purple Onion Designs called Happy Trails.
Purple Onion Designs-Free SpiritsThis first card features a few stamps: Free Spirits, Buddy, Smokey & Journey Sentiment Set. I colored the images with Copics and blended the background with distress inks. I can’t get over these sweet images!
Purple Onion Designs-Free SpiritsThis next project features the VW Bus & Journey Sentiment Set.
Purple Onion Designs-VW BusI created a partially die cut window to frame the cute Bus using a Stitched Oval die with some pattern paper in the background.
Purple Onion Designs-VW BusJust wanted to make mention that these are unmounted red rubber stamps, not clear acrylic. They stamp beautifully, but require an extra step to make them cling. Mama Elephant-Celebration Balloons

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this fun project featuring the adorable Celebration Balloons set by Mama Elephant.Mama Elephant-Celebration BalloonsI paired the cute balloons with the critters from Up and Away. They look so sweet hanging from the balloons, don’t ya think? I colored everything with Copics and added some glossy accents to the balloons.
Mama Elephant-Celebration BalloonsFor the background I blended distress inks onto watercolor cardstock and then die cut the panel out using the Framed Tags-Chelsea Creative Cut. I used a multiliner pen to draw the balloon strings on and my big foam tape roll as a guide to get smooth curved lines.

Pinkfresh-Say it with FloralsMy first project features the Say it with Florals stamp set as well as the coordinating die. I just love this unique die and how some of the blooms are partially die cut into the window opening. I stamped the images using Altenew inks.

Today I have a fun project to share featuring the Cool Panda set, which was part of the latest Cherished release with Simon Says Stamp.SSS-Cool Panda & Wonky HeartsHow can you not smile at a panda with a top hat on with a rainbow umbrella? I stamped the images with Memento ink and colored them with Copics.
SSS-Cool Panda & Wonky HeartsI used one of the Wonky Heart dies to cut a window opening for the panda to peek out from.

SSS-Star Medallion Stencil

Hi there! Today I have another project to share from the Cherished release with Simon Says Stamp featuring the Star Medallion Stencil.SSS-Star MedallionUsing the Star Medallion stencil, I blended in Wilted Violet, Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed Lemonade followed by some flicks of water. Then I used the largest of the Nested Circle dies to die cut the ink blended design out and popped it up onto a Fog card base.SSS-Star MedallionFor the sentiment I used the Love 2 die and die cut several using Slate cardstock and adhered them together with spray adhesive to give it dimension. Then I embossed a coordinating sentiment from All My Love with white embossing powder onto a strip of Lipstick Red cardstock.
SSS-Star MedallionI also added a few of the gorgeous new sequin colors in Amethyst & Celosia.

SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesThere are so many fantastic new products. I have a couple of project to share featuring the Big Perfect Shapes dies as well as the Thoughtful Messages stamp set.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesI used the circle die from the Big Perfect Shapes dies to create a mask and blended in distress inks onto watercolor cardstock.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesI added a sentiment from Thoughtful Messages as well as a few Celosia & Amethyst sequins.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesFor this card I used the hexagon die from the Big Perfect Shapes die set for my mask and blended in the same distress inks. My heart just goes pitter patter for this clean & geometric design.

I used several Altenew inks with this gorgeous multi-step stamping set. The sentiment is from Many Thanks.
Altenew-Budding Thanks & Layered Plaid Cover DieFor the background I used the new Layered Plaid Cover Die A. I layered white on white for a subtle tone on tone plaid pattern that didn’t distract from the colorful blooms.

Altenew-Layered Letters AFGI stamped each polka dot ‘A’ with two colors of ink to give them a nice gradient look.
Altenew-Layered Letters AFGI die cut each letter using the coordinating dies and popped them up onto a Dark Gray panel. I also went a little bonkers with the Nuvo drops. As you can see I put them everywhere, ha!Altenew-Layered Letters AFGGIVEAWAY!!

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the gorgeous Floral Bliss stamp set that was included in the June Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp. It looks like the card kit might be sold out, but most of the supplies included in the kit are available for purchase individually.
SSS-Floral BlissI embossed the floral bouquet image in white onto vellum and fussy cut it out. Then I stitched it onto some Wedding Bliss pattern paper by Echo Park with gold thread.
SSS-Floral BlissI embossed a sentiment from Floral Bliss onto a strip of Fog cardstock and added a few Sparkling Clear sequins to finish it off.
