Last Minute Christmas Bags

Hi there! Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas Eve! Last night I made a few last minute Christmas bags for some small gifts that I have and I thought I’d share here, too.

SSS-CZ Ho Ho Deer Circle, Merry Christmas Tree, CZ Merry Ornament

This Mama Elephant Favor Bag die has been used so many times over the years for every occasion under the sun, but this time I paired it with a few Simon Says Stamp dies.

This first one uses the CZ Merry Ornament die I created a shaker using vellum and acetate and filling it with some festive sequins. The one below is out of Khaki cardstock and using the CZ Ho Ho Deer Circle die. Of course when I add the tissue paper it will hid the gift inside, but I like looking at it when it’s empty:)

Lastly I made one out of Lipstick Red Cardstock and die cut the Merry Christmas Tree die right into the favor bag. I love these clean, simple looks even though my house looks like a bomb went off! My oldest daughter, Alex is currently baking Cathy Zielske’s sugar cookie recipe. Let’s hope we can frost them as good as Cathy does!

There are several add-on die sets that coordinate with the card kit. Below I used the Just Add Paint Die-namics with a sentiment from the Mini Messages and More stamp set, which is included in the card kit.

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube channel featuring the You’re the Best stamp, stencil & coordinating dies set.

Pinkfresh Studio-Diamond Plaid Stencil, You're the BestEssentials: Ornate oval frame die

For the background I used the Diamond Plaid Stencil Set with several Summer Shower, Seaside & Sapphire ink. I added a white glittered frame using the Essentials: Ornate oval frame die.

My first card features the Stained Glass Heart die along with the Milo Toucan die. I used one of the Reverse Wild About You Sentiment Strips for the sentiment.

My next card showcases the CZ Heart Panes Cover Die.

Case Me a Christmas Card

Hi there! Today I’m joining my crafty friend, Michelle, for her Case Me a Christmas Card series. The card I chose to case of Michelle’s is below. I always love a good wreath. Hers was made a few months back during the fall, but today I used the same idea for the holidays.

For my card I used the Boughs & Holly Stencil & Dies set by Concord & 9th.

There are two different designs in the stencil pack so I created another one below using the same colors.

Merry & Bright

Hi there! I’m in full blown, last-minute Christmas card making over here. I pulled out some products that I haven’t used yet and had a little fun.

I used the Merry & Bright Hot Foil Plate with the Sparkle Christmas Foil Pack for the sentiments. For the background above I did my standard “strip-it-up” technique and for the one below I used the Swirl Background Stencil and added a row of rainbow crystals just because they made me happy.
