Hi there! Popping in to share a beautiful, new STAMPtember® collaboration called Sparkling Season designed by Gina K Designs for Simon Says Stamp.
I loved this large five-pointed snowflake image and stamped it with Versamark ink onto pie-shaped pieces of solid colored cardstock. For the sentiment I used one of the Reverse From Me Christmas Sentiment Strips.
Here is a fun, little reel to show how I created this card.
I know that these collaboration sets often sell out, and I wanted to be sure to bring you a design that could easily be adapted to a snowflake image that you might already have. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello! Today I am so excited to take a first look at the new Tim Holtz Watercolor Pencils. I was so fortunate to receive the Set 2 of 12 pencils to try out, but there are actually 36 colors available.
I quickly swatched out the twelve colors below and they are gorgeous! I used Arches Cold Press Watercolor paper and a simple brush with water to blend out the colors. The start very pigmented and blend out seamless and smooth.
I wanted to create a simple, colorful card that showcased several of these colors so I simply drew stripes with the pencil and blended them out with a brush. I added an embossed sentiment from the XL Teacher Greetings stamp set.
Here is a video showing the swatching and card making.
These delicious new pencils are available now at Simon Says Stamp! All the links are below. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for a STAMPtember® Blog Party!
My first card features the Happy Faces Stamp Set. I stamped several of the solid circle image using Pawsitively Saturated Inks for a dreamy overlapping rainbow design.
For my next card I stamped the same solid circle image from Happy Faces and added an embossed sentiment from Circle Sayings.
Here is a video showing how I created these cards.

The links to all of the designers participating in the STAMPember® Blog Party can be found over on the Simon Says Stamp blog. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello and happy STAMPtember® 2022! We are kicking off a month long celebration with a fun, new release. You can check out all of the amazing new products HERE!
My first card features the gorgeous Berry Wreath die set. I used several shades of solid colored cardstock, adding glossy accents to a few berries. For the sentiment I used the new Handwritten Hello die set.
This next card showcases the new Basic Box Card Balloon die that coordinates with the Basic Box Card die set.
I die cut the balloon panel once with white cardstock and with Really Rainbow pattern paper. I embossed a sentiment from Black Eyed Susans.
I have a reveal video walking through the STAMPtember® release over on the Simon Says Stamp blog. You can check it out HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi there! Today I have another “quilt inspired” project to share with you. My pinterest board is nothing but geometric quilt patterns these days. I just can’t seem to get enough of the clean, simple and geometric color of it all.
I love that you can use, for the most part, products that you probably already have on hand. For this card I simple die cut several shades of solid colored cardstock using a 2″ circle die. I trimmed the die cut circles into quarters using my trimmer and pieced them together like this gorgeous quilt below.

This quilt design is from All People Quilt. For the sentiment I used the Reverse Well Wishes Sentiment Strips. I used one of the Sentiment Label Dies to trim it out and pop it up into the center.
Can you believe it’s the last day of August? Tonight the STAMPtember® release goes live and it is a doozy! I’ll be back later to share more about that. In fact, I’ll be back almost every day this month and I apologize in advance if you get sick of my. STAMPtember® is a month full of non-stop collabs and exciting new products. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi there! Today I’m sharing a fun, circle pattern design created using strips of cardstock and a circle die.
The idea for this fun, striped circle pattern came from this gorgeous quilt pattern that I came across on Pinterest.

Isn’t this an incredible quilt pattern? Here’s another great pic. You can find more of Lisa Hofmann-Maurer’s amazing work HERE.

I trimmed strips of solid colored cardstock to 1/4″ and adhered them to a panel. Then I cut the strips out using a circle die. The sentiment is from the Take Note stamp set.
I have a quick little reel showing the process below.

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the Diamond Tiles die set. This is one of my favorite die sets for several reasons. The first being that my daughter, Alex, designed this die set years ago and of course they lend themselves perfectly to my geometric loving heart. I used several shades of solid colored cardstock and pieced them together to create this fun pattern.
For the sentiment I used one of the CZ Reverse Birthday Sentiment Strips with the Sentiment Label dies.
There really is no end to the designs you can create with these dies. I find so much inspiration from quilt makers for these dies. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog featuring the Take Note stamp & die set.
