Christmas Market Collection-Day 1

Hi there! Today I’m joining The Greetery to introduce the gorgeous new Christmas Market Collection.

My first project featuring the Cocoa Cozy product suite. This is such a fun bundle that includes a stamp, die, stencil as well as an embossing folder. I used the 3D Winter Mitts Embossing Folder with Buttercream cardstock. I used the coordinating Winter Mitts Stencil to add some shading to the snowflakes using Buttercream ink. I stamped the mittens with Sorbet ink and die cut them along with the cup of cocoa using the Cocoa Cozy Dies. I stamped the sentiment with Poppy ink using the Cocoa Cozy Stamp Set. I also put the white die cut mitten cuffs back into the embossing folder to give them that sweater texture.

Next up is the Shortbread product suite. Here I used the Shortbread Shaped Rectangle Dies as well as the Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Embossing Folder to give the texture. I masked off each cookie to blend separate colors on each one. I also blended some Buttercream onto the cookie tray. I embossed the sentiment using the Simple Holiday Sentiments Stamp Set. I also added a few vellum sprigs using the older Rosemary & Berry die set along with a few gems and enamel dots.

The Greetery-Shortbread

Here I used the Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels Dies. I die cut two tags out of Eucalyptus & Buttercream cardstock. I added an embossed cookie using the Shortbread Shaped Rectangle Dies & Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Embossing Folder. I blended Buttercream ink on the cookie and added some bows and greenery using the Ornamental Tag Die with matte gold, Avocado & Artichoke cardstock.

Next up is my most favorite product bundle of the release, the Market Place product suite.

This first card features the Market Place Mini Die Set. I used several shades of solid colored cardstock and added the sentiment banner with matte gold.

Next is a cute favor box using the Market Place No. 2 Die. I used Eucalyptus, Poppy & Buttercream cardstock and also the Market Place Holiday Festoons Die Set to add the wreaths and garland. I used the Market Place Holiday Stamp Set for the Mistletoe Market sign. This fits perfectly onto the Arch Box Large Die.

Jenn Shurkus Inspiration Party

Hi there! Today I’m joining my crafty friend, Jenn Shurkus, to help her celebrate 20 years of blogging. She is hosting an inspiration party and we are each creating something inspired from her work over the years.

Below is a card created by Jenn. You can see her blog post HERE.

I was inspired by her warm color palette and wanted to recreate something similar in color feel and with florals.

The Greetery-Wild Wetlands

For my card I used the Capsule Basics & Wild Wetlands dies. I added a foil border using the Capsule Borders 1 Hot Foil set. I used all solid colored cardstock and blended some color to the floral die cuts to mimic Jenn’s dreamy blended effect. For the sentiment I used the Banner Basics stamp set.

STAMPtember® with Hero Arts!

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the fun, new STAMPtember® collaboration with Hero Arts called Snowy & Bright. I fell in love with this one. I love this simplistic hand drawn style of ice skaters with the adorable pup looking on.

SSS-STAMPtember®, Hero Arts-Snowy & Bright

I stamped the images with black ink and colored with Copics. I am happy to report that this new black ink is indeed copic friendly. I don’t say that lightly, because most have given me such a headache. This one did not bleed!!
