Botanical Heart

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a colorful project featuring the Botanical Heart stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.

I embossed each of the faceted heart images from Botanical Heart in clear onto white cardstock. Then I added the color using the new Ergonomic Blender Brushes by Pink & Main. I also used several of the new Concord & 9th ink colors.

For the sentiment I used a word die included the Botanical Hearts die set with gold glittered cardstock & vellum.

The Stamping Village-We Stand With You

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project that I created for Pinkfresh Studio’s YouTube channel featuring the newest collaboration stamp set by The Stamping Village called We Stand With You.

For the overlapping rainbow on the background I used the Pop Out Rainbow stamp set along with several Pinkfresh Studio inks. For the sentiment I used the new We Stand With You stamp set.

Lovey Montera Leaf Wishes

Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Honey Bee Stamps YouTube channel featuring several new products from their latest Hello Summer release.

Honey Bee Stamps-Lovely Layers: Monstera Leaf, Garden Lattice Cover Plates, Wish You Were Here

For the background I used the gorgeous Garden Lattice Cover Plate Top & Base-Honey Cuts. I die cut each with a lighter and darker shade of cream cardstock and glued them onto a white cardbase using the new Honey Bee Stamp Precision Tip Glue Tube.

The Lovely Layers Monstera Leaf-Honey Cuts look so tropical layered in these bright colors of cardstock. For the sentiment I used the Wish You Were Here stamp set along with the coordinating die set.

Concord & 9th-Feature Friday

Hi there! Today I’m back with another Feature Friday post for Concord & 9th using more of the gorgeous new cardstocks from their latest release.

Concord & 9th-Fresh Cut Florals Dies Editions 1 & 2, Hexagon Label Dies

This week’s Feature Friday topic was to pick a favorite ink and/or paper technique. So I was either going to blend with the delicious, new inks or strip it up with the gorgeous, new cardstocks. You know how I like to strip it up(with cardstock, of course) I’m a card making stripper. Is that still funny? Maybe it’s never been funny? Either way, I’m just going to keep saying that until it stops making me chuckle. Listen, I’m just trying to survive over here. Just go with it.

I trimmed strips of 20 of the new colors and adhered them on an angle. Angles make you look hip, don’t you think? The colors look so good when they’re all together like this, don’t they?

For the blooms I used the new Fresh Cut Florals Dies Edition 1 & 2 dies with white, vellum and Parsley cardstock. I added the gold glittered heart & “hi” from the Hexagon Label dies.

Concord & 9th-Feature Friday

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a Feature Friday project for Concord & 9th using some of my favorite new colors.

Concord & 9th-Fresh Cut Florals Dies Edition 3, Hey Bestie

I am absolutely head over heels for the new Stardust color. It’s so unique and pairs perfectly with Dove & Mushroom. I created some flowers using the Fresh Cut Florals Dies Edition 3 dies.

I added some strips of cardstock on an angle behind the flowers in Aqua Sky, Oceanside, Peacock, Stardust, Dove & Mushroom. For the sentiment I used the Hey Bestie stamp set.

Concord & 9th Color Release

Hi there! Just popping in to share the news that the Concord & 9th Color Release is finally available for purchase HERE! There are 22 new inks & matching cardstocks in the most gorgeous colors.

These new inks are delicious. They are different than other inks I’ve used. They have a firmer pad and are juicy, but not too juicy. When they dry, the ink smooths out like butter. Some of these hearts were only stamped once. The darker shades stamp so vividly. I find the bleeding minimal and the stamped impression to be pleasantly sharp.

Concord & 9th-Hey Bestie, Tall Type Alphas

My project here uses all 22 new ink colors. I stamped each one with a small heart from the Hey Bestie stamp set. For the sentiment I used the Tall Type Alpha dies with gold glittered cardstock.

I shared this video a few days ago, but never posted it on my blog showing how I created this card.

I’ve created two projects featuring the Diamond Thin Frames-Honey Cuts.

Honey Bee Stamps-Diamon Thin Frames, Gear Up

I die cut the diamond with several colors of cardstock and adhered them together. For the sentiment I embossed the Hello from Gear Up.

For this next card I used more diamonds created with all of the pieces left over. I trimmed one diamond into fourths and adhered it onto the corners.

Honey Bee Stamps-Diamon Thin Frames, Friend

For the sentiment I used the Friend-Honey Cuts with a coordinating sentiment embossed from the Farm Fresh Flowers stamp set.

A Pocket Full of Happiness

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring some fun, new stamp sets from a brand new company called A Pocket Full of Happiness. This company was started by my very talented friend, Zsoka Marko. I think her designs are fantastic and I’m excited for her as she starts this new journey.

A Pocket Full of Happiness-Mosaic Circle Builder, Mix that Font

My project features a new set called Mosaic Circle Builder. To stamp he mosaic design I used Pinkfresh Studio inks: Mint, Ocean Breeze, Mermaid Cove and Sparkling Rose.

I created a shaker card by die cutting a circle window using a Hero Arts circle die and filling it with Pink Moonstone sequins. For the sentiment I used another new stamp set called Mix That Font.
