Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the adorable Animal Parade set.
For the background I used the All Prettied Up-Creative Cut and blended distress inks for a subtle background.
I stamped the images with Memento ink, colored them with Copics, used the coordinating dies to cut them out and then popped them up with foam tape. I also added some enamel accents to the penguin’s juggling balls.

Mama Elephant-She’s So Lovely
May 18, 2018Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the She’s So Lovely set.
I created four small windows to frame these sweet images from She’s So Lovely. To make the small windows I used one of rectangle dies from the Little Agenda Frames-Creative Cuts set on some Pinkfresh Studio pattern paper.
I colored the images with Copics and embossed a sentiment also from She’s So Lovely. To finish it off I added some colorful sequins.

I’ve created a card featuring the Hex Yeah set designed by my fave, Cathy Zielske. Hex Yeah, I love this set! It tickles my geometric lovin’ fancy!
I did a little ink smooshing using distress inks and then embossed the hexagons in white. I popped them up onto a white card base, added a sentiment from Hex Yeah and finished it off with a few Pool Party & Crystal Reflections sequins.
Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.

Mama Elephant-Donut Treats
May 17, 2018Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the adorable Donut Treats set.
It’s funny how cute these little mice are all over the donuts because in real life this would be an udder disaster of a situation, right? I colored the images with Copics and blended some subtle distress inks on the background.
I used one of the Basic Rectangle-Creative Cuts to die cut the panel and pop it up over the pattern paper. Then I added an embossed sentiment from Donut Treats.
Check out the Mama Elephant blog to see more projects showcasing the Donut Treats set. Thanks so much for stopping by!

May 10, 2018
Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Pretty Pink Posh for their May Release Blog Hop.

How cute are these sweet pups? I colored the images with Copics and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I embossed the sentiment in white onto pattern paper.
My next project features the Hugs Shaker die.
I used my Silhouette machine to cut out the circles onto colored cardstock.
I popped up of the positive part of the die cut and added some added some gorgeous new Sparkling Clear Jewels. Not sure if there’s a right and wrong way to adhere these jewels, but I adhered these with the flat side facing up. They REALLY sparkle!

Layton’s Legacy Card Drive & Fundraiser Blog Hop
May 8, 2018
Hello there! Today I’m honored to be a part of a very special blog hop hosted by Lea Lawson. This hop is in honor of her sweet son, Layton Caleb. You can read more about Lea’s story here.
I’ve created a card inspired by the moodboard below. I absolutely love the rustic, modern feel to this moodboard and what makes it even more special is the fact that it was Layton’s nursery moodboard.
I used the Picture Book Love Bear with rustic cream & white cardstock. I used Copics to add color to the hearts, eyes & nose. I also used the Picture Book Sky die with aqua & white cardstock, popping up the clouds for added dimension.
I used a small triangle from the Live Well stamp set along with Barely Beige ink to stamp subtle triangles on the background.
For the sentiment I used the Simple Sentiments No.1 stamp set and embossed it in white onto Smoke cardstock. I used one of the Tilted Banner dies to die cut the sentiment and popped it up with foam tape.
You can find out several different ways to join along, whether you choose to donate, share, shop or even create. The details can all be found on Lea’s blog.
We have a huge Card Drive blog hop going on in Layton’s honor, with tons of amazing inspiration! We also have a fundraising effort, where every $5 donated gets you an entry into the prize drawing. There are over $2000 in prizes, sponsored by some of the most amazing stamping & papercrafting companies in the industry! {You can also see all the prizes HERE.}
