Hello there! I’m excited to share a project showcasing the latest Hopping Along Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp.
This kit has so many fun products in it. I didn’t know where to start! The first thing that popped out at me was the unique die that’s included in the kit. It’s a Train Track slider die. How fun is that?
To begin I embossed the gorgeous Mod Flower Background stamp in clear and then blended some delicious, springy colors including the brand new ink color that is part of the kit…Orange Slush(love!)
I used the Easter Express Doodle Pop sticker for my slider image. Do you know how painful it was to use that one sticker? I might have to buy 10 more because they are so perfect with the Train Track slider die.
Here’s a video to show you how I created this fun card.
Check out the Simon Says Stamp blog for more details & information! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Mama Elephant-Lil’ Painters
February 20, 2017Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the adorable Lil’ Painters set as well as the Cute Basket creative cuts.
I stamped the cute chickies using my Mini Misti and colored them in with Copics. The sentiment is from Crafty Labels and the bow is from All Prettied Up.
This Cute Basket is so quick & easy to put together and perfect for a little favor or Easter treat. I used some pattern papers by Papertrey Ink which I can’t seem to find on their website anymore?
Check out the Mama Elephant blog to see more inspiration using the adorable Lil’ Painters set. Thanks so much for stopping by!
SSS-Some Bunny
February 18, 2017Hi there! Just poppin’ in today with a project featuring the adorable Some Bunny stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
How cute are these images? I LOVE the striped eggs! I stamped all the images with my MISTI and colored them with Copics.
For the background I masked off the ground and blended Cracked Pistachio and Antique Linen. I also added a few subtle flicks of watercolors. I fussy cut all the images out and popped them up with foam tape.
In picture below I have clear envelope filled with pattern paper beneath my card which I used Nuvo Mousse on an Egg Stencil. This was all part of the March 2017 card kit that sold out so fast, but most things are sold separately that I linked to below.

Mama Elephant-Freesia
February 17, 2017Hi there! Today I’m joining Mama Elephant as we highlight the gorgeous Freesia stamp set.
I embossed the flower image in clear onto watercolor cardstock. Then I used my watercolors to color it in.
I added a sentiment from His Love embossed in white onto a black strip of cardstock.

Altenew-Smile More
February 16, 2017Hi there! Yesterday I shared this project over on the Altnew blog featuring the Smile More stamp & die set. I thought I’d share it here on my blog for those who might not have seen it yet.
I love these gorgeous blooms and thought they’d look awesome colored in with the emboss resist technique.

I blended a bit of Volcano Lake ink along the bottom of my panel for a little color that would compliment the flowers.
For the sentiment I stamped, die cut and popped up the ‘smile more’ sentiment. I also added another sentiment underneath from the Adore You set.
Here’s a video to show you how I created my card.

Waffle Flower Crafts-Enveloper Hello
February 15, 2017Hello there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Waffle Flower Crafts blog featuring the fun new Enveloper Hello stamp set.
To create this card I first stamped the cute little girl and hello word bubble in Versafine Onyx Black ink and then went over it again with Versamark ink and embossed it in clear. Then I created masks for the face and word bubble and blended in distress inks for a colorful background.
Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.
And here’s a pic of the fox that I snapped while outside my window. Do you see the smirk? LOL!

The Cutest Video Hop Ever
February 14, 2017
Hello, and welcome to The Cutest Video Hop Ever! Emma & I are excited to be joining Emily Leiphart for this fun hop celebrating 5000 subscribers on her YouTube channel but, more importantly, inspiring the next generation of crafters! We hope you have as much fun watching us craft with our kids, as much as we enjoyed creating these projects to share with you. We are also proud to have two very inspiring young crafters joining us on their own YouTube channels.
To begin, we created some simple valentines using a few adorable digital images designed by Elena at Just Me Digital Stamps. I simple printed them onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and then we colored them in with Copics.
After coloring I trimmed the panels down and adhered them onto some Cream Linen cardstock. I just love these sweet images.
Our next project was super fun to make! A rainbow heart wreath makes my heart go pitter patter.
Emma stamped a sentiment in the center of the wreath from the You Matter stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
Here’s a video to show you how we created our projects.

Hero Arts 2017 Catalog Release Blog Hop
February 14, 2017
Hi there! Today I’m excited to join several talented designers in hop to celebrate the new 2017 Catalog Release by Hero Arts! I’ve created a couple of projects featuring some of the new products.
My first card features the Birthday Animal Silhouettes stamp set & coordinating frame cuts.
I stamped the colorful animal silhouettes using several Hero Arts inks: Bubblegum, Orange Soda, Butter Bar, Green Apple & Aegean.
This next card showcases the Luggage Tag Alphabet Frame Cuts. I saw this quote on a t-shirt and thought it would be really fun to try with the alpha dies. I went around asking everyone in my house if they could understand the card and even little Emma said, “yep, it’s never look back, mom! I get it!” Hooray! They actually got it! lol!
Behind the die cut panel I blended Orange Soda & Butter Bar ink to create a gradient background.
Giveaway
Hero Arts will be giving away three $25 shopping sprees, drawn from comments left across all blogs in the hop.
Leave me a comment by Tuesday, February 21st at 11:59pm PT for your chance to win!

Neat & Tangled-Cottontail Cuties
February 13, 2017Hello there! Today I have a couple of projects to share featuring the adorable Cottontail Cuties by Neat & Tangled.
These images designed by Elena are so sweet. I couldn’t stop at just one card.
I stamped all the images at once using my MISTI and colored them with Copics.
I created a soft background by making a “hilly” mask out of some scrap cardstock and blending distress inks followed by some flicks of water.
I popped up the images with foam tape and stamped sentiments also included in the Cottontail Cuties set.
Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
