Sweet Tweets Easter Kit
March 1, 2023Hi there! Just popping in to share a project using the new Sweet Tweets Easter Kit by Simon Says Stamp. To begin I adhered strips of solid colored cardstock onto a panel for the background. Using the new Posy die, I stacked three up using the Micro Dot Adhesive Sheets. For the sentiment I used the Sweet Tweets stamp set.

February 28, 2023Hi there! Today I’m sharing a super simple project using some of my hoarded sequins. This year I made a resolution to get my embellishments more organized. I haven’t done a single thing about that yet. Are you surprised? I am, however, trying to be mindful to just USE THEM!
This was a fun card to make. I stamped that lovely, bold “hi” from CZ Hi There Greetings and then die cut using a nested circle die. I adhered a rainbow of sequins behind the die cut using sequins from several different packs. It was a treasure hunt, for sure, trying to find the right colors and size but worth it.

Pinkfresh Studio February 2023 Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release

Hi there! Today I’m joining Pinkfresh Studio for their February Release Blog Hop.
My project features the gorgeous Arch Florals stencil & die set. I used one of the Nested Arches Foil plates with Aura foil to create the foiled arch. For the sentiment I used the Circle Florals stamp set with a few of the new Ombre Glitter Drops Sparkle & Shine for embellishment.

February 24, 2023Hi there! Today I’m sharing a fun project featuring the Happy Hello and Happy Wishes from the March Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp.
I used the MISTI to stamp the rows of blooms. To get four shades for each bloom I had to get a little creative. For the last bloom in the first row I used Aegean ink and then stamped it again with Pine to get the combination but a little bit darker. Using the MISTI makes is easy to line up perfectly each time. Second row, bottom blooms combines Mandarine & Pucker. Third row, bottom bloom combines Rose & Taffy. Here’s a little reel showing this card.

Be Creative

Hi there! The fun, new Be Creative release by Simon Says Stamp is live and I have a couple of projects to share using several of these new products.
My first card uses the CZ Angularium background cling. I inked it with a combination of Carnation, Blush & Peachy ink. For the sentiment I used the new CZ Big Old Birthday stamp set. I added a small sentiment strip from the new You Did sentiment strips.
My next card features the Brushstrokes stencil. I tested out the Stamp and Stencil Mat and LOVE IT!
For the sentiment I used the CZ Big Old Birthday again and embellished with some bubbles.
