Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of fun project over on the My Favorite Things YouTube channel featuring a few of the new June release products. You can check out the June release HERE!
Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for Day 2 of their Crafty Hugs Release Blog Hop. I’ve have a couple of fun, geometric projects to share with you featuring the Hexagon Greetings Die & Stamp Set.
I die cut several hexagons using the Hexagon Greetings die with white & solid colored cardstock. Then I cut each hexagon into six equilateral triangles. I know, I know…it’s a crazy amount of work, but I actually find it to be very therapeutic cutting all these little triangles and then piecing them back onto the white hexagon.
I used the Hexagon Greetings die to die cut a hexagon window opening onto an Ivory panel to frame the sentiment.
Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
GIVEAWAY! Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $ 25 coupon to every stop on the hop. Winners will be chosen over the weekend and posted on the Simon Says Stamp blog on Wednesday, the 3rd of June.
Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
GIVEAWAY! The Greenery will be giving away two $50 gift cards for the Day 2 hop. Leave me a comment for your chance to win! Winners announced Friday, 7 AM on The Greetery blog.
Hi there! Have you seen the fun, new Crafty Hugs release over at Simon Says Stamp? So many awesome products and designs. I’ve created a very simple, yet striking thank you card using some of the new goodies.
For the sentiment used the CZ Extra Large Thank You die with the some of the yummy new Holographic Cardstock. Oh my word, this paper is so cool! Might need a lifetime supply of this stuff. I layered the word die on vellum and popped it up over the blended panel. I added a few April Showers sequins for embellishment.
Check out the fun, new release HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Welcome to a video hop celebrating 3 of our friends – Ardyth, Kathya, and Jenny. They all recently reached 5k subscribers on YouTube, so they are co-hosting a hop full of happy cards to celebrate!
I trimmed each die cut square into quarters to piece back together to create this fun patter. For the sentiment I used the Bold Hello word die.
Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
The next stop on the video hop is the lovely Erica!

Hi there! Today I tried a new “to me” stitching pattern. I’ve been building my stitching inspiration board over on Pinterest, and I’m pretty sure I’ve got more stitching ideas than time. Isn’t that how it goes?
Here is the inspiration behind my card. Isn’t this the coolest looking needlepoint purse? I love how the stitches overlap and create this clean and orderly design. I’m so drawn to orderly designs. It makes me feel like I’ve got my life in order even though we all know it’s a hot mess up in here:)
I used the Stitching Panel die by Simon Says Stamp and some yarn that I’ve been slowly hoarding more and more of from the drug store.
For the sentiment I used the Just Because Word Mix 2 stamp set. I die cut the sentiment using a Nested Circle die and layered it over a larger die cut circle of Fog cardstock.
Wishing you a wonderful day! Thanks so much for stopping by!
