December 4, 2020Hi there! Today I’m sharing a fun card featuring the new exclusive Tim Holtz Sizzix Feathered Cardinal die FREE with any Tim Holtz brand purchase while supplies last!
How cute are these cardinals? I googled “cardinal” to get some inspiration and was pleasantly surprised to find the gorgeous colors of cardinals that I never knew existed.
I used the Stitched Sloped and Hills dies and CZ Hello die for the sentiment. I flipped the yellow cardinal die cut over to get it to face the opposite direction. I die cut the yellow cardinal on scratch paper and went over it with my bone folder so that it doesn’t have scratchy looking marks on it.
I also created a coordinating red gingham envelope to coordinating with the card using the Slimline Envelope die. DieCember® Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for Day 2 of their DieCember® release blog hop. You can check out the awesome, new release HERE!
I have three projects to share today featuring the Diamond Tiles die set. This set is close to my heart because my oldest daughter, Alex, designed it. I coordinates well with her previously released Good Vibes stamp set.
For my first card I simply die cut several colors of solid colored cardstock using one of the smaller diamond dies. For the sentiment I used the CZ Hello die set with white & slate cardstock.
This second card features one of the middle diamond dies. For each die I used a darker & lighter shade of cardstock. The two colors together create a cool 3D look.
For the sentiment I used the CZ Hugs die with vellum and gold foil cardstock.
My third card uses the leftover diamonds that came out the second card die cuts. That’s what you call being thrift & nifty:)
For the sentiment I used one of the CZ Reverse Christmas Sentiment Strips.
