Clearly Besotted STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

Hi there! I’m back with another adorable STAMPtember® collaboration with Clearly Besotted called Skating By.

Coming from a hockey family who loves to skate on the pond. I have a soft spot for this adorable set.

Clearly Besotted STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

I stamped the images in Memento and colored with Copics. I die cut a circle window opening onto Apricot cardstock & created a spinner by cutting a track with my craft knife and adhering two pennies with a foam dot in-between for the spinner mechanism. It’s exactly the same as the one I did on this card.

Here’s a quick peek at how the cute little kitty spins. This is exactly what I look like when I try to skate:) Meanwhile the rest of my family skates like they’re going to the olympics.

Avery Elle STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

Hi there! I’m back with the newest STAMPtember® Collaboration with Avery Elle called Holiday Bells.

Avery Elle STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

I stamped the outline of each bell with black ink and then stamped the solid bells with Pinkfresh Studio inks. I embossed the sentiment in white on black and added some enamel dots that I bought at my local dollar store.

Avery Elle STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

Now that I look at this card I’m thinking the bells look like they are just floating in mid air. I’m not sure what I was thinking. I was probably thinking how can I cram as much rainbow into these bells as humanly possible. That’s usually my default process.

Sugar Pea Designs STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

Hi there! I’m back with another adorable STAMPtember® collaboration with Sugar Pea Designs called Shiver Me Timbers.

SugarPea Designs STAMPtember® 2020 Exclusive Collaboration

How cute are these little pirate images? Perfect for a little boy card. I stamped the images with Memento ink, colored with Copics and masked them off so that I could blend the background with Salty Ocean and Vintage Photo. By the way, the small ink blender brush by Pink & Main works like a charm for a smooth blend. I also flicked a bit of the ink on the background and made it into a shaker.

Thank you all for the sweet birthday wishes yesterday! I had a great day celebrating and eating way too much good food.

My oldest son, Boaz, surprised me with the most gorgeous roses. He was so proud of himself. He said, “Mom, that was my first time buying flowers. The flower guy was like, “Oh, do you have a special date today?” He’s becoming quite the Dapper Dan with these tight plaid pants though, don’t ya think? I love it! They are super stretchy pants. Just in case you were wondering:)

My daughter, Bailey, made the most delicious Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake. It was a true labor of love, and I’m so happy there’s still some left over. You DEFINITELY need some stretchy pants to enjoy this cake:)

STAMPtember® 2020 Party

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for a big ol’ STAMPtember® 2020 Party featuring more of the new STAMPtember® 2020 release.

SSS-Lantern Pattern & Hexagon Tile Background, CZ Batty, CZ Halloween People, You Matter, Tiny Words Encouragement

I have a couple of projects to share using some of my new, favorite background clings. They’re my favorite because my daughter, Bailey, designed them. This first card uses the Lantern Pattern background cling. I embossed it in clear and blended distress inks for color. I couldn’t wait to try the new and gorgeously vibrant Crackling Campfire color! It looks so festive with Mustard Seed and a little Wilted Violet on the bottom.

SSS-Lantern Pattern Background, CZ Batty, CZ Halloween People

I used the CZ Batty die & CZ Halloween People for the sentiment. As soon as I saw “Spooky & Kooky” I was like, SOLD! It rhymes. What more can you want for Halloween:)

This next card uses the Hexagon Tile Background. I blended my favorite cool tone trio of distress inks for this one: Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch.

SSS-Hexagon Tile Background, You Matter, Tiny Word Encouragement

For the sentiment I used the You Matter die and embossed a coorinating sentiment from the Tiny Words Support set. I also added a few of the gorgeous new Holographic Rainbow sequins.

Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
