Hi there! Today I have a fun project to share featuring the Cool Panda set, which was part of the latest Cherished release with Simon Says Stamp.SSS-Cool Panda & Wonky HeartsHow can you not smile at a panda with a top hat on with a rainbow umbrella? I stamped the images with Memento ink and colored them with Copics.
SSS-Cool Panda & Wonky HeartsI used one of the Wonky Heart dies to cut a window opening for the panda to peek out from.

SSS-Star Medallion Stencil

Hi there! Today I have another project to share from the Cherished release with Simon Says Stamp featuring the Star Medallion Stencil.SSS-Star MedallionUsing the Star Medallion stencil, I blended in Wilted Violet, Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed LemonadeĀ followed by some flicks of water. Then I used the largestĀ of the Nested Circle dies to die cut the ink blended design out and popped it up onto a Fog card base.SSS-Star MedallionFor the sentiment I used the Love 2 die and die cut several using Slate cardstock and adhered them together with spray adhesive to give it dimension. Then I embossed a coordinating sentiment from All My Love with white embossing powder onto a strip of Lipstick Red cardstock.
SSS-Star MedallionI also added a few of the gorgeous new sequin colors in Amethyst & Celosia.

SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesThere are so many fantastic new products. I have a couple of project to share featuring the Big Perfect Shapes dies as well as the Thoughtful Messages stamp set.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesI used the circle die from the Big Perfect Shapes dies to create a mask and blended in distress inks onto watercolor cardstock.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesI added a sentiment from Thoughtful Messages as well as a few Celosia & Amethyst sequins.
SSS-Big Perfect Shapes & Thoughtful MessagesFor this card I used the hexagon die from the Big Perfect Shapes die setĀ for my mask and blended in the same distress inks. My heart just goes pitter patter for this clean & geometric design.

SSS-Floral Bliss

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the gorgeous Floral Bliss stamp set that was includedĀ in the June Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp. It looks like the card kit might be sold out, but most of the supplies included in the kit are available for purchase individually.
SSS-Floral BlissI embossed the floral bouquet image in white onto vellum and fussy cut it out. Then I stitched it onto some Wedding Bliss pattern paper by Echo Park with gold thread.
SSS-Floral BlissI embossed a sentiment from Floral Bliss onto a strip of Fog cardstock and added a few Sparkling Clear sequins to finish it off.

SSS-It’s Your Day

Hi there! Today I have a project to share using several Distress Oxide inks to create this colorful geometric background.SSS-Basic Squares, Paulina Butterfly, Hello BeautifulI smooshed several Oxide inks onto watercolor cardstock that had been die cut using the Basic Square dies.Ā Then I arranged the squares and popped them up with foam tape.
SSS-Basic Squares, Paulina Butterfly, Hello BeautifulI added two vellum butterflies using the Paulina butterfly die and an embossed sentiment from the Hello Beautiful set. I embossed it in white on a strip of Soft Navy cardstock. To finish it off I added some Sparkling Clear Crystals.

Just popping in to share a fun, little Mother’s Day card using one of the Suzy’s Mothers & Flowers Paintable Prints.SSS-Suzy's Mothers & Flowers PaintablesMy kids always want to play with these Watercolor Prints. They make the best little crafty gifts for people, too. They can be colored in a variety of ways, but I just used Copics this time.
SSS-Suzy's Mothers & Flowers PaintablesI added Wink of Stella, Glossy Accents, Enamel Accents as well as Nuvo Jewel drops to each flower & leaf for some extra detail & shimmer.

Hi there! Just popping in to wish everyone a very Happy Easter!SSS-Happy EasterFor this card I embossed Happy Easter sentiment several times in clear creating a background pattern and then masking off rays I blended in distress inks.
SSS-Happy EasterI die cut the cross image from He is Risen and added the arched sentiment from Happy Easter. I used the Nested Circle dies to create the arch for the sentiment.
SSS-Happy EasterTo finish it off I added some Nuvo Jewel drops. These are my latest addiction. I can’t get enough of their translucent sherbert-y color. Sending Easter Blessings your way today! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hi there! Today I have a fun project to share using the awesome new May Animation Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp.SSS-May 2017 Card KitThis card kit includes a fun stamp set exclusively designed for Simon Says Stamp by Uchi’s Desgins, and itĀ allows you to create animated images when you slide it being the grid lined acetate paper. This is truly unique and the result is absolutely hypnotic!
SSS-May 2017 Card KitThere are some gorgeous designer papers included as well by Illustrated Faith. I created a layered window opening using the Nested Circle dies.

Mothers, Fathers & Florals Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp & several talented designers to showcase their new Mothers, Fathers & Florals release.SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI was inspired by Kristina Werner’s shaker card here and wanted to try a jumbo version showcasing the Star Flower background cling.
SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI embossed the Star Flower in clear and blended two inks from the Morning Sun cube setĀ along with Lemon Zing.
SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI added a sentiment using the Big Mom die along with a coordinating embossed sentiment from Mom and Dad Icon stamp set.
SSS-Star FlowerI used a different color combination on this one with High Dive, Mint Candy & Jellybean. The sentiment is from the Big U stamp & die set. I filled both circle shakers with lots of different sequins from Simon Says Stamp & Pretty Pink Posh.
