Fluttering By Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for day 2 of the Fluttering By Release Blog Hop. My project features the Heart Mandala die along with the Love You Mama set. SSS-Heart Mandala & Love You MamaTo begin I blended Distress Oxide inks in Candied Apple, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed Lemonade onto bristol followed by flicks of water. SSS-Heart Mandala & Love You MamaNext I die cut the Heart Mandala onto white cardstock and adhered the die cut panel to an acetate sheet using spray adhesive. I create a shaker filling it with Celosia & Like Magic sequins.SSS-Heart Mandala & Love You MamaFor the sentiment I used the Love You Mama stamp set & coordinating die. I embossed a coordinating sentiment from the set in white onto a black strip and popped both up with foam tape. SSS-Heart Mandala & Love You MamaHere’s a video to show you how I created this card.
