Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for their New Beginnings release blog hop! So many fun & happy new products including delicious new ink colors!!

    I loved this one layer card. I loved the soft colors. We get so caught up in creating so many layers on cards, we forget about one layer cards. Beautiful, just beautiful. Thanks Laura. I needed this! My craft room is being totally remodeled by my wonderful husband, and it is still a disaster. Walls painted, counter top ordered, cabinets in the truck. Oh, woe is me, I am in card making withdrawal. Thank you.

    Oh my goodness gracious Laura! I absolutely adore this card–I NEED this stamp set and those awesome hope sentiments, as my dear friend and neighbor was just released from the hospital after having a devastating illness, many weeks in hospital and ICU. I am planning on bringing her lots of cards and other goodies, I’m hoping to get her into coloring, as she’s not going to be very mobile for weeks.

    When I first saw your card, I was so curious how you blended the interior color of the flowers….a stencil! So clever! And I love that you aren’t afraid to overlap you stamping (i.e. no masking). The end result is awesome!

    Though I adore your rainbow “in your face skittle colored” cards, this one still has your signature flare–just softer.
