Hi there! Today I’m sharing this fun project over on the Mama Elephant blog featuring the Heart in Bloom set.Mama Elephant-Heart in BloomTo begin I embossed the large heart image from Heart in Bloom in clear and blended distress inks for the color.
Mama Elephant-Heart in BloomI created a shaker card by using the Heart in Bloom-Creative Cuts to die cut a window opening, backing it with acetate and filling with sequins & confetti.
Mama Elephant-Heart in BloomFor some fun on the inside of the card I used the Inside Pop-Box of Fun-Creative Cuts.
Mama Elephant-Inside Pop-Box of Fun-Creative CutsI added a sweet image from the Little Bear Agenda set to pop up inside the box.

    OH MY GOODNESS, Laura! Which do I like best? The outside or the inside???? LOL The outside is GORGEOUS with the heart—it looks like it just GLOWS! With the colors & the sequins! GORGEOUS!!! AND the inside, WHO doesn’t LOOOOVE a pop-up card???? A TOTALLY WONDERFUL CARD, Laura!!! (HOPE you had a FABULOUS Thanksgiving!!!) 😉

    An elegant shaker! I usually think of them more as fun, but you put the fun right into the elegant! Way to go! I guess I’ll have to look for a tutorial on the popup, cuz it’s super cute! It would make a great engagement card!
