I think the item you are referring to (bars of color) is referred to as a “test pattern.”
Yes, I remember Mork & Mindy. My favorite line : “Fly, BE FREE” Mork yells to the egg and throws it up as if it were a bird. That was when the US first started to see Williams’ genius.
Your cards are terrific. This set is a super cute idea… I’ll keep it in mind for a future purchase.
