I live in Saskatchewan, so in response to your question, we have wildfires burning in the forests in northern parts of BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan, and elsewhere. Sadly, climate change has made most of our summers hotter and dryer, so this is our new “normal”. It’s been happening for quite a few years now. Depending on wind direction, we still have lots of clear days, but we have some extremely smoky ones too.
