Hi there! Today I’m joining The Greetery to kick off the Fête & Fiesta Collection introductions.
These new products go live at 10am EDT on Thursday, May 14.
Picado was a new term for me. It actually means “chopped” but this type of “perforated paper” design is a traditional Mexican folk art featuring intricate designs cut into tissue paper.
I am in love!
For my first card I used a combination of the Pretty Picado Die with the Capsule Star Studded Borders and the Pretty Picado Sentiments stamp set & coordinating dies for the sentiment.
I will have a video showing both of these cards as well as links to everything when the products go live!
My second card featured the Pretty Picado Stencil mixed with the Capsule Star Studded Borders & Capsule Basics Dies. For the sentiment I used one of the Pretty Picado Cut-Away Sentiments Dies along with the Pretty Picado Sentiments stamp set.
My next card is a fun shape card showcasing the new Market Place Celebration Street dies.
Here I used it with the Market Place No 3 Die Set. The window boxes, balloons, banners and even adorable bicycle give a fresh new feel to these existing Market Place products.
Next up is the new Arch Box Mini Die. This is such a cute, mini version of the other Arch Boxes and works well with many other products.
I will a video showing how I created these on Thursday as well!
Here I added blooms from the Pretty Picado Blooms Die Set along with windows from the Market Place Mini Die Set. I added the window boxes from the new Market Place Celebration Street Die Set and sentiments from the Pretty Picado Sentiments stamp & die sets.

May 12, 2026 at 7:31 pmLook at those tiny gift boxes! I am not usually tempted towards fiddling with homemade gift boxes, but these – these are tempting me. But I know myself. It would not go well. Beautiful showcase of Betsy’s products! I really enjoyed the “simplicity” of the first card that leaned into the intricate die-cut designs for the capsule cards. I’m sure that card didn’t take half the time to make as the Marketplace house (which is gorgeous), yet the capsule card still feels elevated above store-bought. I love it.
