2019 Layton’s Legacy Fundraiser & Card Drive

Hi there! Today I am joining my friend, Lea, as we remember her son, Layton, with a special fundraiser blog hop & card drive. We are raising money to purchase a $50 Starbucks gift card for all 50 beds in the level 4 NICU at the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.

My project features the Layton’s Legacy stamp & die set. I embossed the butterfly & sentiment in clear and blended Pinkfresh Studio inks using Mint, Ocean Breeze & Sapphire. I die cut a window into Fog cardstock and popped it up over the butterfly.

Pinkfresh Studio Ink Pad Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m joining Pinkfresh Studio for an Ink Pad Blog Hop. There are 48 new colors, 12 color families along with full size pads & mini cubes.

My project showcases several of the gorgeous new ink colors. I used the Adore Alpha stamp set to spell out ‘love’ repeatedly and added a sentiment from the Scripted Bold Sentiments 1 set.

Cheer and Joy Release Blog Hop-Day 2

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for Day 2 of their Cheer and Joy release blog hop. I’ve created a merry & bright project using some of the new products from the Cheer & Joy release.

SSS-Christmas Foliage & Holiday Greetings Mix 1

To create the wreath I used the Christmas Foliage die set along with solid colored cardstock. For the sentiment I used the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 stamp set. I added some clear drops and sequins for embelishment.

Jingle All the Way

Hi there! I’ve got a fun little jingle gnome to share with you using some of the new release products from the Cheer & Joy release by Simon Says Stamp.

How cute is this gnome? I think he could also pass for a cute little wizard, too, but I added a tiny little jingle bell to the tip of his hat to make him festive. I just used a mini glue dot to hold the bell. For his nose I used an E000 Copic to give it the flesh color on white cardstock.

I popped up the jingle gnome onto khaki cardstock and embossed a sentiment from the CZ Clean Line Christmas set. This card is tall and skinny(3.25″x6.75″) to fit the gnome better. I looked high and low, hunting for my action wobble springs. I think it would be fun to wobble the gnome so that the bell would jingle.

Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Stamp & Die Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m joining Pinkfresh Studio for their Holiday Release Blog Hop!

Pinkfresh Studio-Season's Greetings & Merry Days

I’ve created a couple of cards using the gorgeous new products.

My first card features the Merry Days stamp & Die. I create a stripy background using strips of solid cardstock. I embossed the Merry Days tree image in white onto the colorful strips and popped the tree over top, followed by an embossed sentiment.

My next card features the Season’s Greetings stamp & die set.

Pinkfresh Studio-Season's Greetings & Classic Holiday Words

I embossed the wreath and bow image in clear and blended some of the gorgeous new Pinkfresh Studio inks for color. I adhered thin strips of the same solid cardstock down the center of the card. For the sentiment I used the Classic Holiday Word dies and added clear droplets for embellishment.

Ardyth’s 3K YT Subscriber Celebration

Hi there! Today we’re hopping to celebrate our talented friend, Ardyth, reaching 3,000 YouTube subscribers.

I’ve created a celebratory card to celebrate Ardyth’s milestone using the Balloon Letters stamp set. I inked up the Balloon Letters using Mama Elephant inks.

I also used the adorable Critter Crowd stamp set. I colored the images with Copics and added some subtle grey striped pattern paper by Sunny Studios.

Limited Edition 2019 STAMPtember® Card Kit-Sweet Birthday

Hi there! Today I’m excited to share a couple project created using the new Limited Edition STAMPtember® Card Kit called Sweet Birthday. This card kit is right up my rainbow lovin’ alley!!

SSS-Limited Edition 2019 STAMPtember® Card Kit

My first card uses the fun Paint Palette die. For the background I used some of the Honey Bee, Over the Rainbow, pattern paper.

SSS-Limited Edition 2019 STAMPtember® Card Kit-Paint Palette die & Sweet Birthday

I used one of the Nested Circle dies to make the curve on the bottom of the pattern paper and embossed a sentiment from Sweet Birthday in white. For the paint palette I used solid colored cardstock and added glossy accents to the paint colors.

This next card uses more of the adorable Sweet Birthday stamp set.

On the card base I used more of the Honey Bee pattern paper. I colored the cloud with Copics.
