Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of projects using some of the new November release by Create a Smile Stamps.

Create a Smile-Snowflake Stencil, Cool Cuts Cherry Lowercase

For the background I blended distress inks using the Snowflake Stencil. I added the “merry” using the Cool Cuts Cherry Lowercase dies.

This next card features the Cool Cuts Christmas Tree die. I created a shaker and then filled it with stars that were die cut using one of the dies from the Cool Cuts Christmas Tree die set.

Hello Bluebird-Snowball Fight

Hi there! I’m back again with more Hello Bluebird. This time I’m featuring the adorable images from the Snowball Fight stamp set. For the sentiment I used Bold Holidays.

Hello Bluebird-Snowball Fight, Bold Holidays

For the background I blended Scattered Straw and Cracked Pistachio. I also flicked some Scattered Straw & white ink. I colored the images with Copics and used the coordinating dies. For the sentiment, I adhered strips of solid colored cardstock onto a panel and then die cut the “merry” into it from Bold Holidays die set along with stamping a coordinating sentiment from the Bold Holiday stamp set.

Hello Bluebird-Snowball Fight, Bold Holidays

Well, trick or treating was NOT the same here in Germany as it is in Illinois:) I new it would be different, but I didn’t realize how it would impact Emma. She was hoping for more candy, more kids out and about, more excitement. Good thing I bought some full size Twix and Snickers for her to come home to. We did get a couple of trick or treaters here. They don’t say, “trick or treat”. They say “Süß oder saueres”, which means sweet or sour? I think, ha ha…I’m always guessing. Hope you had a good one! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Happy Halloween

Hi there & Happy Halloween! Thought I’d have some fun and make some costumes for these cute Picture Book animals. This is how our family rolls for Halloween. You go downstairs and rummage up a costume for trick or treating.

SSS-Picture Book Monkey, Elephant & Labrador, Dog & Cat Dress Up

I used the Dress up Cat & Dog set to add sunglasses, ties & bunny ears to the Picture Book Monkey, Elephant & Labrador. For the sentiment I used the CZ My Zombie Boo stamp set.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that Halloween is my “jam”, but I do like candy. I do not like to be scared, though, so bunny ears and heart sunglasses are right up my alley. Hope you have yourselves some sweet treats tonight:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello Bluebird-O Christmas Tree

Hi there! I’m back with Hello Bluebird featuring the adorable O Christmas Tree set along with the Winter Woods Overlay.

Rudolph sends his love

Hi there! Today I have a simple little tag to share. Sometimes you just need a little tag to put on a gift without all the fuss. Rudolph’s got ya covered:)

CZ Ho Ho Dear Circle, Tabbed Sentiments Holiday

I used the one of the Large Tag dies with some pattern paper included in the November Card Kit. Then I die cut the CZ Ho Ho Deer Circle die into the tag. This die is also included in the November Card Kit. I die cut the deer again with kraft cardstock and rounded the bottom of the deer’s neck using one of the Nested Circle Dies. I also die cut a few more of the deer using white cardstock to layer onto the nose and colored the top nose & eyes with Copics. I added glossy accents to the nose and stamped a sentiment from the CZ Tabbed Sentiments Holiday set.

I almost popped this tag up onto a card, but I really wanted to show how cute it is on it’s own. I just love the open space and glossy nose. You can see more fun inspiration using the November Card Kit HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Flora and Fauna Holiday

Hi there! Today I have a couple of sweet and simple holiday projects to share with you featuring some darling sets by Flora and Fauna.

Flora & Fauna-Brush Poinsettia, Holiday Word Party 2, Home for the Holidays

Nothing better than a reindeer who can’t fit inside a cute red card with a rainbow scarf. Am I right?

Flora & Fauna-Home for the Holidays

I used the Home for the Holidays set. I stamped the reindeer first and masked it off with a post-it and then stamped the card. I used Copics to color the images in and popped the panel onto a cream card base. I also added a couple of yellow jewels to the headlights for fun.

Flora & Fauna-Home for the Holidays

This next card uses the Brush Poinsettia set for the background. I stamped all of the foliage with Winter pigment ink for a subtle pattern.

Flora & Fauna-Brush Poinsettia, Holiday Word Party 2

For the sentiment I stamped the “falala” from Holiday Word Party 2 with white pigment ink and then went over each letter again with dye inks, slightly offsetting the letters for a shadow affect. I used post-it tape to mask the letters so that I could stamp each one a different color. I added a coordinating sentiment from Holiday Word Party 2 along with a few sequins.

That’s all for today. Check out Flora and Fauna to see their fun, new products. Thanks so much for stopping by!
