This card, like most of mine, was an absolute evolution. I have an idea in mind, but the end result is always a surprise! Check out the video over on the Simon Says Stamp blog to see how I created it!

For the sentiment I embossed the “happy birthday” from Beautiful Flowers and die cut using one of the Nested Banner dies. For embellishments I used a few jewels in coordinating colors.
For this next card I used a heart mask that I created with one of the Ornate Love hearts dies and some acetate. This could be so much fun to do with various shapes like maybe triangles for a fun geometric design.
For the sentiment I used one of the Everyday Words on a Line dies. Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.
I’m feeling pretty much addicted to these oxide sprays at the moment, and have more ideas than time. If only I had a cook and a house cleaner and a nanny, lol! I hope you enjoyed! Thanks so much for stopping by!
To begin I stamped several of the images from Birdie Wreath as well as the banner image from Hippity Hop and colored them with Copics. Then I used the coordinating creative cuts to die them out.
I added some Nuvo Jewel Drops in Rose Water, Orange Marmalade & Limoncello here and there for accents. Those Nuvo Drops are dangerous. Once you get started, it’s almost impossible to stop!
I think this would make a perfect wedding or even baby card. Hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hey there! Today I have a fun project to share where I experimented with the Distress Oxide Sprays. These are so much fun to used, although I have MUCH to learn! Once I sprayed the background with Mermaid Lagoon & Cracked Pistachio I turned it into a card using the hearts from Ornate Love, a sentiment from Everyday Words on a Line & Tiny Words. I also added a few gorgeous Studio Katia sequins.
Here’s a short little video to show you how I created this card.
Hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks so much for stopping by!
