Hi all! Today I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the adorable Birthday Monkeys set.
I thought it would be fun to include the bike from Tandem Ride for the birthday critters to sit on. I colored the images with Copics and die cut them with the coordinating dies.
For the background I did a little bit of ink smooshing using distress inks onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock. For the sentiment I used Labeled Messages and finished it off with a few Crystal Reflections sequins.

Mama Elephant-Little Agenda Frames
April 18, 2018Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the fun new Little Agenda Frames set.
I embossed the frames in clear and blended distress inks to add the color. I colored the images from Little Monkey Agenda with Copics, die cut them using the coordinating dies and popped them up inside the frames.
For the sentiment I used the Occasional Labels set.

Mama Elephant-Little Monkey Agenda
April 17, 2018Hi there! Today I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the adorable Little Monkey Agenda set.
To create the background on this card I trimmed down a panel die cut using the Grid Window die to make nine windows instead of ten. This creates a square 4.25 x 4.25″ card. 
I stamped the images with Memento, colored them with Copics & popped them up with foam tape inside each grid window. 
For the sentiment I used the Little Agenda Frames set. These monkeys SLAY me…literally, I can’t even handle it.

Altenew April 2018 Stamp/Die Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Altenew for their April release blog hop. If you are following the hop then you should have arrived here from Kelli Cool’s blog. My first project features the Gradient Stripes stamp set, Mega Thanks die & the Strength Blooms stamp set.
I used inks from the Sweet Dreams set to stamp the background with the Gradient Stripes set. Then I stamped the blooms from Strength Blooms with inks from the Cherry Blossom, Pocketful of Sunsine & Shades of Purple sets. For the sentiment I used the Mega Thanks die along with an embossed sentiment from the Many Thanks set.
This next card features the Mega Hello die & Gradient Lines Cover Die.
For the background I blended orange & yellow inks from the Warm & Cozy & Pocketfull of Sunshine ink sets behind the Sweet Dreams blended Gradient Lines Cover die. For the sentiment I used the Mega Hello die along with an embossed sentiment from the Sentiments & Quotes set.

To begin I blended Distress Oxides in Worn Lipstick, Spiced Mamalade and Squeezed Lemonade on the background. Then I die cut the background panel using the Tri Window Creative Cut. 
I colored the adorable images from Birthday Monkeys with Copics and popped them up with foam tape. The sentiment is from the Labeled Messages stamp set. 
I created a tote using the Tote Bag Creative Cut and added the kitty from the Inside Pop – Bunny and Cat creative cuts.

May 2018 Card Kit-Kind Heart

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of cards created using the latest May Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp called Kind Heart.
This kit has the most gorgeous PinkFresh Studio papers & stickers along with two stamp sets: Take Heart & Everything Together.
I used the Everything Together stamp set to create this card. I stamped the blooms using Mama Elephant pigment inks. To the centers of the flowers I added Glacier Enamel Accents along with a few scattered Clear Round Drops.
This next card uses some of the gorgeous PinkFresh Studio pattern papers included in the kit.
I added another sentiment from the Everything Together set along with a few tiny puffy heart stickers.

Fluttering By Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for day 2 of the Fluttering By Release Blog Hop. My project features the Heart Mandala die along with the Love You Mama set. 
To begin I blended Distress Oxide inks in Candied Apple, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed Lemonade onto bristol followed by flicks of water. 
Next I die cut the Heart Mandala onto white cardstock and adhered the die cut panel to an acetate sheet using spray adhesive. I create a shaker filling it with Celosia & Like Magic sequins.
For the sentiment I used the Love You Mama stamp set & coordinating die. I embossed a coordinating sentiment from the set in white onto a black strip and popped both up with foam tape.

WPlus9-Plush Friends Pup Die
April 11, 2018Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the WPlus9 blog featuring the adorable Plush Friend Pup Die.
I am a HUGE shape card fan and these Plush Friends dies by WPlus9 are perfect for making them. With this die you can make either a pup or a pig. There’s also an adorable Plush Friends Panda die, too!
I die cut my pup out of cream cardstock and added cream stitching around the outsides, which is totally optional. I think I could get into this stitching on cards thing. Guess it’s time to get more embroidery floss, in every color of course, and then organize it, label it and store it. Whew, do I wanna open this can of worms?
Not that the pup needed any help in the cutie patootie department, but I decided to add a bouquet of balloons. Everything’s better with balloons, am I right? I used an old circle punch, but you could also use a circle die or a balloon die, too.

April 10, 2018Hi there! Have you seen the amazing new Fluttering By release by Simon Says Stamp? So many fun new products for spring, mother’s day and beyond! I have a project to share featuring the Yes You Can stamp set designed by my favorite Cathy Zielske and the adorable Picture Book Lion die.
To begin I stamped one of the sentiments from the Yes You Can stamp set all over the background using Lavender ink on Lavender cardstock. Then I die cut several pieces of solid colored cardstock for the Picture Book Lion. I used partial die cutting with one of the Stitched Oval dies to create a window frame for the the lion.
