Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Neat & Tangled blog featuring the gorgeous, geometric Polygon Cover Plate dieNeat & Tangled-Polygon Cover PlateFor the background I painted watercolor cardstock with distress inks and then adhered the panel with Stick-It to fun foam and ran it through with the Polygon Cover Plate.

Mothers, Fathers & Florals Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp & several talented designers to showcase their new Mothers, Fathers & Florals release.SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI was inspired by Kristina Werner’s shaker card here and wanted to try a jumbo version showcasing the Star Flower background cling.
SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI embossed the Star Flower in clear and blended two inks from the Morning Sun cube set along with Lemon Zing.
SSS-Star Flower & Big MomI added a sentiment using the Big Mom die along with a coordinating embossed sentiment from Mom and Dad Icon stamp set.
SSS-Star FlowerI used a different color combination on this one with High Dive, Mint Candy & Jellybean. The sentiment is from the Big U stamp & die set. I filled both circle shakers with lots of different sequins from Simon Says Stamp & Pretty Pink Posh.

Hi there! Today I’ve got a trio of colorful shaker tags featuring the Spring Seeds set by Simon Says Stamp.SSS-Spring Seeds Shaker TagsAren’t these fun Easter themed tags? Thinking about using these for some cute little Easter basket gifts. I used on of the Large Tag dies to create my tags. I colored the images with Copics and blended distress inks on the outer tag.

Then I fussy cut the whole thing out and popped it up onto a panel that I blended distress inks onto.
