Hi there! Just poppin’ in to share a fun project featuring the Sunrise Border die by Simon Says Stamp.
I die cut six borders in different colors of cardstock and then trimmed them to make them a little be shorter and adhered them onto my card base, overlapping. I stamped a sentiment from Uplifting Thoughts in Versafine Onyx Black.
This is a great way to get a little more mileage out of those border dies. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hi there! Today I have a fun project to share featuring the Otterly Adorable set by Mama Elephant.
For the background, I stamped the waves and then created masks with post-it tape and blended Sunshine & Rainwater for the water and sky.
I love how the Otterly Adorable creative cuts allow you to tuck the otters in the water and add little accessories to their hands….or paws? I gave mine a nice glass of lemonade:)
Then I stamped a bunch of hearts from the set, colored them with Copics and stitched them on to create a colorful banner. I manipulated the sentiment to curve along with the stitched heart banner.

Hi there! I’m back again with Mama Elephant highlighting the Botanical Hello stamp set.
I thought it would be fun to show the contrast of how this image looks when colored with two different mediums. The above card was embossed in clear onto watercolor cardstock and colored using Zig Clean Color Markers & the one below was colored with Copics. Such a fun comparison!
The Zig Clean Color Markers are super fun to color with. I took a light gray Copic marker and added a very subtle shadow along the inside of the “hello” just to make it a little easier to read.
I added a thin mat of black cardstock under the white panel to give it some contrast and popped it up onto a white card base.

Hi there! I’m back with Mama Elephant highlighting the fun new Swashy Letters stamp set.
I used the new Favor Bag – XL Creative Cuts to create a little valentine for my Emma with some Pink Fresh pattern papers. The Swashy Letters are so fun for customizing all kinds of projects.
I added an image from Otterly Adorable set. I tucked a felt heart in the otter’s arms that was die cut using the Otterly Adorable dies.

Hello there! Today I’m joining Mama Elephant as they highlight the Just a Note stamp set along with the Zipper Creative Cut.
To create my card I first stamped the large Just a Note sentiment with Memento Tuxedo black ink. Then I embossed the Organic Blooms in clear on the corners of the panel. I stamped one more Organic Bloom onto scratch paper to create a mask that I layed over my embossed blooms and blended in several Mama Elephant pigment inks.
I also embossed a sentiment from Just a Note on my card base and die cut the Zipper Creative Cut in place so that you could reveal the secret message by “zipping” it open. So fun! To finish the card off I die cut the whole panel using the Femme Frames and added a few black splatters with my Gansai Tambi paints.

Hello there! Today I have a super fun project to share for Waffle Flower Crafts featuring the adorable Bear and Bird stamp set along with the Popping In stamp set.
I just love how these two stamps sets work so perfectly together. There are lots of fun accessories and scene building images in both sets that can be easily combined in endless ways.
I stamped all my images with Memento Tuxedo black ink using my Mini MISTI and colored them all in using Copic markers.

Hello there! Today I’m sharing a project that I created for Altenew and was on their blog yesterday featuring the gorgeous Sketchy Cities America 2 as well as the Happy Birthday die.
I am in love with this beautiful Seattle skyline! I wanted to highlight it by embossing it in clear and blending several of the Altenew inks from their Sea Shore ink set.
I used some silver foil cardstock for the Happy Birthday die cut and added a few clear gemstones to finish it off.

Hi there! Today I have a project to share featuring the adorable February Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp called “Coffee, Tea & Cocoa”.
The star of the show here is the cutie patootie Coffee Love die that comes in the kit.
I was inspired by the fun Doodlebug Latte Love stickers that come in the February Card kit and mimicked the colors & design for my die cuts coffee cups, well, mine are actually tea cups, ha ha:)
I used the Holiday Shapes die to make the little felt hearts. I also used some Copic markers to make stripes on my coffee cup sleeve as well to add rosy cheeks and some gray for the lids. I mean, seriously, look at the teeny tiny coffee cup arms…can’t take it!

Hello there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for a blog hop to showcase the fabulous new products in their latest Hey Love release.
My project features the Laura’s Love collection. I embossed the Love Is Background and masked off each line (I know, I’m crazy!). I wanted to emphasize each line of the wording in a fun and colorful way.
For the sentiment I used the Love 2 die along with a coordinating sentiment from the All My Love stamp set.
