Hello there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Waffle Flower Crafts blog featuring the fun new Enveloper Hello stamp set.
To create this card I first stamped the cute little girl and hello word bubble in Versafine Onyx Black ink and then went over it again with Versamark ink and embossed it in clear. Then I created masks for the face and word bubble and blended in distress inks for a colorful background.
Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.
And here’s a pic of the fox that I snapped while outside my window. Do you see the smirk? LOL!

The Cutest Video Hop Ever
February 14, 2017
Hello, and welcome to The Cutest Video Hop Ever! Emma & I are excited to be joining Emily Leiphart for this fun hop celebrating 5000 subscribers on her YouTube channel but, more importantly, inspiring the next generation of crafters! We hope you have as much fun watching us craft with our kids, as much as we enjoyed creating these projects to share with you. We are also proud to have two very inspiring young crafters joining us on their own YouTube channels.
To begin, we created some simple valentines using a few adorable digital images designed by Elena at Just Me Digital Stamps. I simple printed them onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and then we colored them in with Copics.
After coloring I trimmed the panels down and adhered them onto some Cream Linen cardstock. I just love these sweet images.
Our next project was super fun to make! A rainbow heart wreath makes my heart go pitter patter.
Emma stamped a sentiment in the center of the wreath from the You Matter stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
Here’s a video to show you how we created our projects.

Hero Arts 2017 Catalog Release Blog Hop
February 14, 2017
Hi there! Today I’m excited to join several talented designers in hop to celebrate the new 2017 Catalog Release by Hero Arts! I’ve created a couple of projects featuring some of the new products.
My first card features the Birthday Animal Silhouettes stamp set & coordinating frame cuts.
I stamped the colorful animal silhouettes using several Hero Arts inks: Bubblegum, Orange Soda, Butter Bar, Green Apple & Aegean.
This next card showcases the Luggage Tag Alphabet Frame Cuts. I saw this quote on a t-shirt and thought it would be really fun to try with the alpha dies. I went around asking everyone in my house if they could understand the card and even little Emma said, “yep, it’s never look back, mom! I get it!” Hooray! They actually got it! lol!
Behind the die cut panel I blended Orange Soda & Butter Bar ink to create a gradient background.
Giveaway
Hero Arts will be giving away three $25 shopping sprees, drawn from comments left across all blogs in the hop.
Leave me a comment by Tuesday, February 21st at 11:59pm PT for your chance to win!
Winners will be announced on the Hero Arts blog next week.

Neat & Tangled-Cottontail Cuties
February 13, 2017Hello there! Today I have a couple of projects to share featuring the adorable Cottontail Cuties by Neat & Tangled.
These images designed by Elena are so sweet. I couldn’t stop at just one card.
I stamped all the images at once using my MISTI and colored them with Copics.
I created a soft background by making a “hilly” mask out of some scrap cardstock and blending distress inks followed by some flicks of water.
I popped up the images with foam tape and stamped sentiments also included in the Cottontail Cuties set.
Here’s a video to show you how I created these cards.

Mommy Lhey-Doodled Porcupine
February 11, 2017Hi there! Today I’ve got a card to share featuring the adorable Doodled Porcupine by Mommy Lhey.
How cute is this porcupine with a balloon? I stamped it and then masked it off using a full sticky post-it. I created a hilly mask by trimming some scrap cardstock with my craft knife and blended distress inks for the sky & ground with some flicks of water afterwards.
I colored the porcupine & balloon with Copics and added a few sequins by Lucy. I also embossed the cute sentiment in white onto a strip of black cardstock and used my white Gelly Roll pen to add a few subtle accents.

Mama Elephant-Favor Bags
February 9, 2017Hi there! Just popping in to share these cute little goodie bags I made the other day using the Favor Bag dies by Mama Elephant.
Aren’t these fun?! I added a window using a heart die that comes in the Favor Bag die set. I couldn’t resist tucking a little raccoon in there from Rowdy Raccoon but you could add so many fun things to customize these bags.
To finish is off I embossed a sentiment from Woodland Gifts on a banner that is also part of the Favor Bag set. These are so cute and perfect for little valentine favors, too! Thanks so much for stopping by!

SSS-Surprise Party
January 31, 2017Hi there! Just popping in to share a clean & simple birthday project featuring the Surprise Birthday set by Simon Says Stamp.
I used the kitties from Christmas Cats and colored them with Copics. I LOVE these fun balloon images from the Surprise Party set. I stamped them using Rosie Cheeks, Maliblue & Audrey Blue ink.
I tied silver thread to the balloons and, using glossy accents, adhered them to the kitty paws.
Clean & simple, kitties & balloons…what more could you ask for? Thanks so much for stopping by & have a great week!

Altenew January Release Blog Hop
January 27, 2017
Hello there! Today I’m excited to join Altenew along with several talented designers for Altenew’s January release blog hop. If you are following the hop then you should have arrived here from Svitlana Shayevich’s blog.
My first project features the fun new Be Strong stamp set & coordinating die set. I love these fun cactus images with the festive garland of lights.
I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored them with Copics. For the background I blended distress inks in Wild Honey & Cracked Pistachio. I embossed the sentiment in white onto a black strip of cardstock.
My next card showcases the new Farmers Market stamp set. These jumbo vegetable images are so bold and fantastic and really showcase the gorgeous new Altenew ink colors: Warm & Cozy and Tropical Forest. Totally in love with these new ink colors!
Using my MISTI I multi-inked the images to give them a nice gradient look.
My last card features the fun Halftone Circles stamps & dies. Such a simple card stop make, but really packs a colorful punch using several Altenew ink colors.
For the sentiment I used one of the Halftone Circles coordinating dies and added a few sparkling clear sequins.
To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to THREE lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew blog by Thursday, February 2nd at 11:59 PM EST for a chance to win. The winners will be announced on the Altenew blog on Saturday, February 4th.
