Hi there! Today I’m sharing this project over on the Simon Says Stamp blog featuring the Geometric Snowflakes Stencil. This stencil is sized for a slimline card, but you can easily adapted it for a standard size as well.
I blended distress inks for the color and added an embossed sentiment from the XL Christmas Greetings Set. You can check out the video HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the gorgeous new distress color by Tim Holtz called Villainous Potion. Such a rich purple color that pairs perfectly with every other color and is also fantastic for the Halloween season.
I trimmed panels of white cardstock to blend the Villainous Potion on one end and the rainbow on the other. For the sentiment I used the XL Greetings 3 set, embossing it in white onto vellum and adding a few raindrops for embellishment.
I made a fun, little reel of my project over on Instagram HERE! Make sure and check out the Simon Says Stamp blog for more inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Welcome to Waffle Flower’s October 2021 Release Day! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! This month, we’re bringing you fun shaker card supplies along with new additions to our oversized word series!
For this card I used the Shaker Circle Die to create my shaker window. I adhered strips of solid colored cardstock behind for a pop of stripes.
Giveaways: For today’s hop, Waffle Flower is giving away $25 gift certificate to THREE lucky winners. You can leave a comment on this blog and along the hop by 11:59pm EDT on Monday October 18th, 2021 for your chances to win. Winners will be chosen at random from the comments left on any of the posts in this blog hop and will be announced on the Waffle Flower Blog on Friday 10/20/2021. There are more giveaways to enter on Instagram including 1 winner to receive the entire release! Follow us at @waffleflowercrafts so you don’t miss out!
I fell in love with the Globies Grid Cover when I saw Rina’s gorgeous card. I loved how she filled the shaker with mini stars and little critters so I was inspired to try something similar.
I blended distress inks behind each globe for a subtle rainbow background. I used the adorable little critters from the Lil Toy Shop set to add to each globe along with mini iridescent star confetti.
For the sentiment I used the Holiday Word Banners. I love this soft, non-traditional holiday look for a change, but this could easily be adapted for a more traditional holiday look as well. Thanks so much for stopping by!
