Hi there! Today I have a sweet, little birthday card that I created for my daughter’s friend, Vivien.
I don’t often show all the many birthday cards that I create for my daughter’s friends. I make many, and they are almost always very last minute. I usually never have time to photograph them, but today I made a point to share this one because it is so cute. My daughters always want everything personalized for their friends. This is where alpha dies and alpha stickers come in handy. For this card I used the Pinkfresh Studio Noteworthy Puffy Alpha Stickers.
This is an extra special birthday card for Vivien. Vivien is a sweet little Hungarian girl who has only been in Germany for a year or so, just like Emma. Vivien cannot speak any English so it forces both girls to speak German to each other. You should hear their cute, little squeaky voices just jibber-jabbering away to each other in German with so many giggles.
I get teary eyed just looking at this card that Emma addressed to Vivien. It says, “You are my best friend. When I came to Germany I thought I wouldn’t have any friends, but I have one. My only friend is you!” I’m not sure if her grammar and spelling are perfectly correct, but it’s perfectly full of heart:) Here’s Vivien & Emma together.
The birthday present was full of pink glittery slime and stickers. Gotta love 10 year old girls! Thanks so much for stopping by!
I created a modern Christmas tree using left over triangles from the Nested Chevron die cuts. For the trunk of the tree I used a small die from the Artistic Bow die set. I also added a bright red bow for a little Christmas pop:) For the sentiment I used the Skiing By stamp set.

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a colorful project that could be fun for the holidays, but also all year round.
I used the Neighborhood die Simon Says Stamp with stripes of solid colored cardstock for a colorful background. You know how I love to strip it up:) You could do this in so many color variations.
My card above was inspired or “CASEd” by Michelle’s below. I mimicked her diagonal stripes using some Concord & 9th cardstock. I also kept with her placement of the sentiment & holly, but I did change the orientation. I’m a rebel like that:)
Make sure and check out Michelle’s blog to see what she created inspired by one of my cards. I can’t wait to see myself! Thanks so much for stopping by!
