Hi there! Today I’m sharing a project featuring the fun, new Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Glaze colors.
First I blended the background with distress inks and then embossed the Basic Stripes using several shades of the new Distress Embossing Glazes. For the sentiment I used the Oh Happy Day word die.

My first card features the Sunrise Stem Die. I framed it using one of the Nested Domed Arches and embossed a sentiment from Folksy Cats in white onto black cardstock.
My next card is pretty much the same, but this time featuring the Layered Perky Flower Die.
These cards are very simple, but sometimes I love the uncluttered, white space that gives the flowers a chance to shine.

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a simple card using the June Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp.
After watching a video by CZ, I pulled out my Mini Minc and foiled one of the Reverse Gratitude Sentiment Strips using some of the Deco Foil Sheets included in the kit. I stamped the floral image from Etched Greetings in white onto khaki cardstock and added a few strips of solid colored cardstock for a pop of color behind the cute little bird, which is from the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Organic Layers Ephemera, also included in the kit.
