Rainbow Heart

Hi there! I’ve got a fun project to share with you featuring the Rainbow Heart die by Simon Says Stamp. This die was from the latest Love You More release. I’ve been patiently(not so patiently) waiting to get my hot little hands on this Rainbow Heart die.

SSS-Rainbow Heart die, Love & Valentines Word Mix 2

For the sentiment I used another new Love & Valentines Word Mix 2 stamp & die set. The sentiments in this set are so SUPERB & you can stamp & die cut at least eight sentiments in one shebang! Gotta love that.

Cropped Frames

Hi there! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. It’s been so nice having the family all together for the holidays. I haven’t made a card is weeks. Today I finally cleaned my desk off and I’m playing catch up sharing these projects from my latest feature over on the Simon Says Stamp blog. I used the A2 Thin Frames along with the CZ Thank You & Proud of You. You can check out the video HERE!

SSS-A2 Thin Frames & CZ Thank You, Proud of You

There were several questions about the glue holder that I’ve been using in my latest videos. It’s from the Make it by Marko shop on Etsy. I also have Mermaid Stamp Shammy Case, which I love, too!

Hoping to make a few cards today using the latest Love You More collection. Because of the holidays it was late getting to me over here in Timbuktu. I’m excited to play with it now that I can see my desk. Here’s to hoping for a productive day:) ha! Fingers crossed! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Unicorns & Rainbows

Hi there! Just popping in with a sweet little card I made for a friend’s birthday. It was so nice to take a breather from the holiday cards and color some unicorns & rainbows:)

Lawn Fawn-A Little Sparkle & Rain or Shine

I have a serious soft spot for anything Lawn Fawn & immediately fell in love with this unicorn from the A Little Sparkle stamp set. The rainbow is from the Rain or Shine set and the scallop border is from the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames.

Simple Thanks

Hi there! Just popping in to share a peek at a couple of simple thank you projects using the Large Outline Thanks die by Simon Says Stamp.

SSS-Large Outline Thanks

You can check out the video of these projects over on the Simon Says Stamp blog. Trying to remain calm & thankful during this chaotic season. My daughter showed me how to put soft, instrumental Christmas music on YouTube with a fireplace burning for the video. I love it! You can check it out HERE. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

The Gray Muse

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of projects for The Gray Muse. Rubeena was so kind to send me a few of her adorable stamp sets along with a couple of gorgeous enamel pins.

The Gray Muse

My first card features the Hugs stamp set. I embossed the image in white onto Fog cardstock. Then I embossed each letter onto solid colored cardstock. I fussy cut each letter and popped them up into place. I took a C1 Copic and adding shading to the foliage. I added an embossed sentiment from the You Grow, Girl stamp set.

The Gray Muse

For this next project I created a bookmark featuring the Dogs in the Craft Room stamp set. I trimmed a piece of white cardstock to 2.25″ x 7.25″. Then I used one of the Large Tag dies to add the rounded edge to the top of the tag.

The Gray Muse

I blended Distress inks to the tag and splattered water. I colored the adorable pups with Copies and fussy cut each one to adhere to the bookmark.

The Gray Muse

I had to get a close up shot of this delicious Rainbow Envelope Pack enamel pin. I’m getting quite a collection of beautiful enamel pins. I need to find display them because they make me smile just looking at them.

SSS-Lined You & Leafy Christmas Trees, Lined You & Leafy Christmas Tree

My first card features the Lined You die. Using a metal shim with these intricate, new dies helps a lot to get a nice, clean cut. I embossed a sentiment from the CZ Great Things stamp set to coordinate with the Lined You.

SSS-Lined You & Leafy Christmas Tree

I layered the Lined You over some greenery die cut using the Leafy Christmas Tree dies. Behind that are strips of solid colored cardstock along with a few Sparkling Clear Sequins.

SSS-Lined You & Leafy Christmas Tree

This next card uses the Detailed Leaf Cluster die. I die cut the leaf with white cardstock and then filled in several of the leaves with shades of green cardstock.

For the sentiment I used the CZ Thank You die with Doll Pink and white cardstock. I also added some Party Jewels for embellishment.

Christmas Tags on Cards

Hi there! Today I’m sharing just a couple of simple holiday projects where I used tag dies on cards. I love to make tags, but tags can also look great on cards.

SSS-CZ Ho Ho Ho Tag

This first card uses the CZ Ho Ho Ho Tag Die. I backed each letter with solid colored cardstock. Then I popped the tag up onto some pattern paper by Pebbles & Sunny Studios. I also added some of Black Tie cording.

SSS-CZ Ho Ho Ho Tag

This next card uses the Stocking Tag Die. I was tempted to make a whole row of rainbow stockings. How fun would that be? It would make for one lonnnng card though.

SSS-Stocking Tag

For the sentiment I used one of the Sentiment Strips Extra Large Christmas. Each of the stockings are popped up with foam tape, but I adhered a few smokey gray crystals to look like a hanger. More Sunny Studios pattern paper along with Black Tie cording to finish it off.

SSS-Stocking Tag

Are you ready for the holidays? Ha Ha…I haven’t even started yet, but that’s how I roll every single year. I like to wait until I can get a full on panic attack before starting. I do have ideas swirling around. Maybe tomorrow on Cyber Monday I can get some shopping done. Here’s wishing your a festive start to your Christmas season, even though I’ve been making and posting Christmas cards since September:) Thanks so much for stopping by!
